From the moment you call our 24/7 UK-based Call Centre, our emergency response system will be put into operation.

• Our experienced Call Centre staff will assess the situation and, where possible, provide immediate advice that can be vital in limiting damage whilst an electrician is despatched.
• Once our electrician has assessed the situation, remedial action will immediately be taken to rectify the problem.
• If a specific part is required to complete the work, a safe and temporary solution will be found until a return visit can be made to complete the job.  We usually manage to return within a few hours or a few days and at your convenience.
